� Key Duties and Responsibilities:

� Prepare and cook dishes and side dishes from the menu
� Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or in tolerances
� Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
� Check the quality of raw and cooked products
� Assist plan seasonal menus, and determine the size of food portions
� Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
� Inspect kitchens and food service areas
� Maintain inventory and estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
� Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas at all times
� Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas

Job Requirements:

• Education: Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications:
  Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Experience: 1 years of related work experience is required
